Jamison Trouth is the founder & owner/operator of Yellowfin Distillery. He’s a chemical engineering graduate of McNeese State University with a passion for spearfishing & fishing.

Walter Hammond graduated high school with Jamison & was the first person to be offered a position at the distillery. Walter was an airplane pilot that spent his previous 10 years flying private jets & held a safety officer position at an airport in Daytona Beach, Florida. Walter is an avid kayak fisherman, fresh & salt water.
