2 oz Yellowfin
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice

(Southwest Louisiana is also known as Sportsman’s Paradise)

Tuna Tea

2 oz Yellowfin
8 oz Sweet Tea

(optional squeeze of lemon)

Tuna Blood

2 oz Yellowfin
2 oz Tart Cherry Juice
4 oz Simply Limeade

Spicy Tuna

2 oz Yellowfin
6 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
lemon or lime wedge OR 2 oz Yellowfin
½ oz Lemon Juice
2-4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

Prep: Shake with ice, strain into flute, top with ginger beer

Yellowfin Sickle

2 oz Yellowfin
6 oz Ginger Ale
¼ oz Lemon Juice

(the long yellow fins on Yellowfin Tuna are known as sickle fins)

Le Bocage Rooster

2 oz Yellowfin
4 oz Cranberry Juice
¾ oz Orange Juice

(Le Bocage is a world class horse stable and horseback riding center located in Lake Charles, LA)

Lemon Tree

2 oz Yellowfin
2 oz Lemon Sanpellegrino
4 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer 

Prep: Pour over crushed ice in solid copper mug, stir gently

Cranberry Spritzer

2 oz Yellowfin
2 oz cranberry juice
5 oz Sprite

The Splash

2 oz Yellowfin
1.5 oz Kalua
6 oz 2% Milk
Splash of Cola

Prep: Pour ingredients over ice, stir, splash of Cola

Gulf Coast Mule

2 oz Yellowfin
1.5 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
5 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer mint leaves.

Fin Fizz

2 oz Yellowfin
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 tablespoon sugar
1 oz Club Soda

Prep: Dry shake, shake over ice, double-strain into glass, add soda

Vodka Soda/Tonic

1.5 oz Yellowfin
6 oz soda or tonic
¼ to ½ oz LEMON Juice

Cajun Cosmo

1.5 oz Yellowfin
1.5 oz cranberry juice
½ oz triple sec
¼ oz LEMON juice
(for vodka cranberry, remove triple sec)

Prep: Shake with ice, strain into martini glass

Lemon Drop Martini

2 oz Yellowfin
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup

Prep: Shake with ice, strain into martini glass

Vodka Vino

1 oz Yellowfin
4 oz lightly carbonated sweet wine
squeeze of lemon or lime

Yellowfin Mint Crisp

2 oz Yellowfin
½ oz Lime Juice
1 Mint Leaf
Club Soda

Prep: Shake with ice, double strain into flute, top with soda water

Classic Martini

2 oz Yellowfin
1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

Bloody Martini

 add ¼ oz maraschino cherry juice

Dirty Martini

add ¼ oz olive juice

Prep: Shake with ice, strain into martini glass
